Low carb Zucchini Recipe
Ingredients
Zucchini 1 ½ large thinly sliced lengthwise
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Ground beef 1 pound
Low carb marinara sauce 1 ½ cups
Salt 2 teaspoon divided
Dried oregano 1 teaspoon
Ground black pepper ½ teaspoon
Ricotta cheese 1 container
Egg 1
Ground nutmeg ½ teaspoon
Mozzarella cheese 2 cups shredded divided
Parmesan cheese ¼ cup grateda

Method
- Preheat oven to 3750 c
- Take an 8-inch baking dish and grease it with cooking spray.
- Remove extra moisture from zucchini with a paper towel.
- Take a saucepan and add olive oil. Heat it on medium-high flame.
- Now add grounded beef and cook for the next 5-8 minutes or until brown.
- Add 1 teaspoon salt, marinara, pepper, and oregano to the pan. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Now take a bowl and add the remaining salt, egg, ricotta cheese, and nutmeg, mix all ingredients well.
- Take a sprayed baking dish and layer zucchini slices.
- Add half of the sauce and make another layer of zucchini slices.
- Spread ricotta mixture then sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on the top of it.
- Add the next layer of zucchini slices and add the remaining sauce.
- Finally, top it with the remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.

Keto lasagna cauliflower
Ingredients
Ground beef/Ground Turkey 1 pound
Yellow onions 1 ½ cups finely chopped
Garlic 3 cloves finely chopped
Tomato paste 2 tablespoon
Crushed tomato 1 2/3 cups
Red wine ½ cup
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper ground
Butter 2 teaspoon
Cauliflower 2 pound
Eggs 4
Sea/ kosher salt ½ teaspoon
Parmesan cheese 1 ½ cup shredded
Sour cream 1 cup
Heavy whipping cream ½ cup
Method
- Preheat the oven at 2000 C. Place the parchment sheet in a baking dish and spray with oil.
- Take a pan and add butter on medium heat. Add onion and garlic and fry them.
- Put beef and cook until brown. Now add crushed tomato, tomato paste, and red wine.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper as per your taste and simmer it for the next 20 minutes.
- Put the cauliflower in the chopper and finely grate it.
- Put the cauliflower in a bowl and cook it in the microwave oven on high for 2 minutes.
- Now stir it well and microwave it again for the next two minutes.
- Let it cool and place it in the baking cloth, and squeeze the liquid completely.
- Take a bowl, add cauliflower rice (chopped and dried) and add spices and eggs.
- Mix it well. Now spread it in the prepared baking dish and bake it for 15-20 minutes on the lower rack.
- Remove the dish and let it cool. Now cut like a lasagna sheet.
- Make a cheese sauce for lasagna by boiling heavy and sour cream. Put the flame off and add cheese. Stir it well and season it with salt and pepper.
- Now layer all prepared items first with meat then lasagna sheets and top it with cheese sauce in an 8-inch baking dish.

Keto Lasagna Cabbage Recipe
Ingredients
Green cabbage 1 pound
Ground beef 2 pounds
Avocado oil 1 tablespoon
Garlic 1 clove minced
Salt ½ teaspoon
Pepper ½ teaspoon
Marinara sauce 2 cups, divided
Ricotta cheese 16 ounce
Mozzarella cheese 2 cups shredded, divided
Eggs 2
Dried parsley ½ teaspoon
Dried basil 1 teaspoon
Oregano ½ teaspoon
Onion powder ½ teaspoon
Garlic powder ½ teaspoon

Method
- Preheat the oven to 3750 F.

- Take a large skillet, add oil and beef. Now cook it until it turns brown.
- Add garlic, pepper, salt, and half of the marinara sauce in the beef, mix well and set aside.

- Take a skillet, add beef in it and cook over medium-high heat. Cook until brown then season it with salt and pepper.

Tomato sauce 1 cup (without sugar)
Method
- Take a casserole dish, spray it with cooking oil, and spread the parchment sheet. Set it aside.
- Whisk together almond flour, whey isolate, salt, and xanthan gum in a mixing bowl.
- Now add egg to the bowl, mix all the ingredients well with a spatula and use your hands to knead it into a ball.

- Top it with the next layer of noodles and repeat all ingredients layers in the same way.
- Bake the dish in the oven for 25 minutes.
Keto Lasagna Delish

- Take a casserole dish 8 inches, place a parchment sheet, and spray it with cooking spray.
- Preheat the oven at 350 0.
- Take a microwave-safe bowl. Add mozzarella, parmesan, and cream cheese together. Melt it in the microwave.
- Add eggs to the bowl and mix it well.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- Spread the prepared mixture onto a casserole dish.
- Bake it for 15-20 minutes until golden and set. Set aside to let it cool.
- Take a large skillet, add oil and heat over medium heat.
- Add onion and cook until soft.
- Now add garlic in the pan and cook it for one minute or until fragrant.
- Add tomato pasted and mix it with well onion and garlic.
- Now add beef to the pan, season it with pepper and salt and cook until brow.
- Drain off all the fat and put it again in the skillet.
- Add marinara sauce and season it with oregano, red pepper flakes, and salt.
- Prepare the beef in the same way prepared in the zucchini recipe.
- Cut the noodle in half with the help of a pizza cutter.
- Cut each half further into 3 pieces.
- Take a casserole dish and spread some sauce.
- Now put 2 pieces of noodles at the bottom and top it over ricotta followed by beef and shredded cheese.
- Repeat the same way to layer the rest of the material.
- Bake it for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbly.
