Eggs, Dairy, Egg yolks, cauliflower, almonds, walnuts, peanuts, mushrooms, spinach, Brussels sprouts, and kale. coconut oil could also be massaged on hair daily for growth and promoting blood flow as this has been known to prevent damage especially due to protein loss.
